Senior Ladies Exercise Group
Join us each Friday in room 101 for a free health and fitness class designed especially for senior ladies. Led in a supportive, encouraging environment, this class promotes gentle movement, strength, and overall wellness. More than just exercise, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with friends, build new relationships, and enjoy a continued sense of purpose within our church community. All fitness levels are welcome—come as you are and leave refreshed in body and spirit!
