Gatherings are the 1st Saturday of the Month Ladies are invited to meet for food and fellowship. We meet at a different restaurant each month so there no food to prepare and no cleanup! We usually meet for lunch however there are times when we will meet for an early dinner. It is a great time to get to know the other ladies through good food and great fellowship. Led in a supportive, encouraging environment, this class promotes gentle movement, strength, and overall wellness. More than just exercise, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with friends, build new relationships, and enjoy a continued sense of purpose within our church community. All fitness levels are welcome—come as you are and leave refreshed in body and spirit! |
