      Join us each Friday in room 101 for a free health and fitness class designed especially for senior ladies. Led in a supportive, encouraging environment, this class promotes gentle movement, strength, and overall wellness. More than just exercise, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with friends, build new relationships, and enjoy a continued sense of purpose within our church community.     Come as you can, stay as long as you're able — no pressure, just good company! Join us for a relaxed morning and afternoon of crafting, snacking, and fellowship together. Bring a craft you're working on and something to share for the table — breakfast or lunch items welcome. It's a simple, sweet time to sit together, create, and enjoy one another's company.
