WE'RE GLAD YOU ARE HERE!

We are a family and a place to call home. This is a place to get help, healing, and hope.  Whether you've lived in Granbury your whole life, recently moved here, have been a follower of Jesus Christ for a long time, or you're on a journey seeking answers to spiritual questions, you are welcome here.

OUR MISSION

Passionately encouraging people to know and show God's love all over the world!

OUR VISION

We envision 100 church plants.

We believe the good news of Jesus Christ will effectively be spread through new church plants, nationally through local church planting efforts, and internationally through the dedicated efforts of foreign missionaries we fully support.

We envision 10,000 followers of Jesus Christ.

Through the efforts of nationally planted local churches, we believe thousands will become followers of Jesus Christ and grow in their relationship with Him within one of our church plants.

We envision one million dollars given annually to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.

Through faithful contributions from followers of Jesus Christ at our nationally planted local churches, we believe over one million dollars will be given annually to support local and foreign mission outreach efforts.

OUR PLAN

Connect, Grow, and Serve

We want people to experience total life transformation. We plan to help people connect with God and others; grow relationally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually; and serve in our church family and the community according to their individual design.

OUR CORE VALUES

We Value Prayer

It is a privilege to talk to our heavenly Father and participate in the unseen spiritual world.  Ministry is a battleground that needs to be constantly supported through prayer. Therefore, the ministries of this church will be characterized by a reliance on prayer in their conception, planning, and execution.

We Value Disciple Making

Life-change happens best relationally, in smaller environments.  Biblical maturity is based on knowing, being, and doing.  Total transformation should be normal for every believer.

We Value Loving People

This is a church home for the hurting to provide a place of rest, healing, and hope: an opportunity for us to use our God-given gifts to serve one another in love.

We Value Church Planting

The local church is God's plan for spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. We believe starting churches is the most effective way of people receiving this good news.  We are committed to planting churches nationally and internationally.

We Value Biblical Authority

We are committed to the clear and accurate communication of God's Word in a way that motivates, challenges, and comforts the listener.  Scripture is our final authority rather than church tradition.

We Value Authentic Worship

We desire to acknowledge God's supreme value and worth in our personal lives and in the corporate, passionate worship of our church.

What We Believe

About the scriptures.

We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. Therefore, we believe the Bible is without error.

About mankind.

We believe that mankind was created in the image of God to have fellowship with Him but became alienated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man is incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through his own effort alone.

About the Christian life.

We believe that every Christian should live for Christ and not for himself. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature and be conformed to the image of Christ.

About God.

We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to man and to become the Savior of the lost world.

About salvation.

We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, salvation occurs only when people place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin.

About the church.

We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving Him and by making Him known to the lost word.
